  When a target is afflicted with Burning Embers, your Wizard's Fire will fix it in place, causing it to re-apply or tier up over time - continuously reapplying or tiering up Burning Embers each time Wizard's Fire pulses. Whether or not it tiers up is governed by your Dry Kindling trait.

Additional Information

If the target enemy is inflicted with  Smouldering Embers,  Wizard's Fire applies  Wizard's Embers, which tiers up  Smouldering Embers every 2 seconds for 8 seconds.
