Description

This effect will activate due to the efforts of Player Characters taking part in Player vs Player activity including Quests & Objectives in the Ettenmoors.

This effect appears for every player character in every region of Middle-earth except the Ettenmoors whenever the Free Peoples have obtained control of both Artifacts and control all Ettenmoors Keeps.

• This effect is reduced in the event Freeps only hold their own factions Artifact yet control all Ettenmoors Keeps (see below for details).

This bonus effect represents an objective for Freeps to defeat the Forces of Angmar (Creeps) in the Ettenmoors.

Artifacts:

• Requires The Gift of the Carrock be held by the Free Peoples in the Ettenmoors at Ost Ringdyr.
• Requires The Fragment of Mordírith's Crown be held by the Free Peoples in the Ettenmoors at Ost Ringdyr.

• This buff is reduced if Freeps no longer hold the Creeps Artifact, Fragment of Mordírith's Crown.
