The Power Restore on Reactions legacy would increase the power returned on a block by up to 300%.
Tactical Information
The power restored by this talent on its own was very small, about 2-3 per block when the trait was first learned and 12 at level 75.
However, with the Power Restore on Reactions belt legacy, the Guardian would receive a much more reasonable amount of power from this trait. While the amount restored was still small, it could be useful in situations where they were fighting many enemies at once.
