Effect Information
Using the skill 
Javelin of Deadly Force applies this effect to the Warden.
The Ranged Damage buff is increased by +2% for each enemy hit, and the Ranged Critical Damage buff is increased by +4% for each enemy hit. The potency increase is halved after the first 5 targets, and caps out at 10 targets.
