It can be applied by the following skills:

•  Razor Claws
•  Feral Strike
•  Slashing Claws
•  Wild Strike

Using the Eagle pet skill  Harrying Strike applies this effect to the enemy target.

Using the Sabre-tooth Cat pet skill  Furious Claws applies this effect to the targeted enemies.
