Using this skill applies the  Composure effect to the Beorning.

This skill is only available in  Man-form

Trait Interactions

• The trait  Hardened Heart in The Hide trait tree makes this skill apply the Hardened Heart effect to the Beorning.
  
• The trait  Composure in The Claw trait tree increases the potency of Composure by up to 2%.
  
• The set bonus  Animalistic in The Hide trait tree makes this skill usable in Bear-form.
  

Tactical Information

Composure is a strong self-heal for Beornings. This skill is commonly used by Blue and Red Beornings, but not commonly used by Yellow Beornings. Healing Beornings use Hearten instead of Composure because it can heal other fellows.
