Description
Chosen of the Eye is an effect that is found on some of the most powerful servants of Mordor. Balhest in Ost Elendil is impossible to defeat while he is under the influence of it. It is counteracted by pulling him into the Light That Burns, which gives him The Valar's Gaze debuff.
