Changes:

Effects has been added as a new root category, which will contain all buff and debuff effects found throughout the game.
Creatures has been given its own root category. Such a large part of the game shouldn't be a sub-category of another large one (World).
Community has been removed as a root category, since it is already a sub-category of LotRO-Wiki.
Main Page root category seems unnecessary and has been moved to be a sub-category of LotRO-Wiki.
News category seems unnecessary. Articles contained within should be moved to In the News, which is a sub-category of Main Page.
Gameplay now contains Session Play, since that seems the most fitting place to put it.
Images has been given its own root category, rather than being a sub-category of LotRO-Wiki.
Euro Version is no longer listed. It contains only a Main Page talk archive (can be moved) and a Euro Version template that is unused and could be removed.
Game Play has been renamed "Gameplay". This may be unnecessary. I've just never seen that one word written as two.
Tactics has been moved to become a sub-category of Game Guides.
Obsolete has been moved to become a sub-category of LotRO-Wiki.
Kinships has been removed as a root category, since it is already a sub-category of Social.
Time has been removed, and the content merged with Lore.
