Bregmor lies dead inside his den

Bregmor, known as the Dragon of Forochel, was an ice-breathing wyrm who once terrorized the cold lands of the far north. Among the Lumi-väki it is said that many hunters pursued him, but none returned, until one day Bregmor ceased his attacks and was left unchallenged in his western lair called Bregmor's Den, south-east of Jotunstath.

In later years, the minions of Angmar sought out Bregmor, stripping his hide for use in the Ring-forges of Eregion to restore the great bellows of Mirobel. Though his body was preserved by the bitter cold of Forochel, his corpse was further defiled when his hide was taken, an act that troubled the Free Peoples and raised questions about the motives of Angmar and its allies.
