Using the skill 
Bracing Guard applies this effect to the Brawler.
While this effect is active, every incoming enemy attack tiers up the Bracing Guard incoming healing effect, up to 10 stacks. Incoming enemy attacks when the Brawler is already at max tier refreshes the duration of the effect.
