Effect Information
The initial application of this effect provides a +2% melee damage bonus. That buff is then increased by an additional 2% every ten seconds until it (after one minute) reaches +10%, at which point it will simply be refreshed. If the effect expires, the damage buff will reset.
Skill Relationship
The toggle skill Continuous Blood Rage will activate, tier up, or refresh this effect on yourself every ten seconds until toggled off.
