Effect Information
This effect is inflicted by High Priestess Ásachal (Gwathrenost) in Gwathrenost, the Witch-king's Citadel.
Tactical Information
As soon as Ásachal says: May your blood boil!, four raid-members will receive this debuff. As soon as one of these four dies, an other member of your raid will be targeted. On expiration this effect will drop a puddle causing 
Boiling Blood. It's adviced to place these puddles on the sides of the room. Stacking them on the same place is possible (so your raid has to deal with a max. of 4 puddles at all times.)
