Even the Odds: Bleeding Wounds to the Burglar. While applied, the duration of this effect is increased by 6 seconds.
The trait 
Aggravated Bleeds increases the duration of this effect by up to 4 seconds.
Armour Set Interactions
Equipping 2 pieces of the Umbari Armour of Chance armour set acquired from the Depths of Mâkhda Khorbo Raid increases the duration of this bleed by 2 seconds.
