Effect Information
The skills 
Battle-shout, 
Defensive Strike, and 
Time of Need will activate this effect on yourself.
The skills 
Devastating Blow and 
Pressing Attack require that you be in a Battle-readied state to execute, and will replace this effect with 
Battle-hardened.
While in this state, 
Sure Strike and 
Improved Sure Strike apply the following effects to the fellowship within 80m, depending on the Captain's specialization:
- Hands of Healing:
Focus, and heals the fellowship by 2% of their maximum Morale. - Lead the Charge:
Relentless Attack - Leader of Men:
On Guard
Specializing in the Leader of Men trait tree makes this effect grant the Captain a +15% Threat Multiplier.
The tracery Battle-readied Damage Buff makes this effect additionally increase the damage of the Captain by up to 16.5%
