As the fight begins, she runs back to a group of adds that are called into battle, then begins continuously summoning spirits. Along with the original adds, these summoned mobs can become overwhelming if Afraig is not interrupted, crowd-controlled or otherwise dealt with quickly. The rest of the battle is just a matter of dealing with her adds, and should not prove very difficult.
