The best place to find spiders is at the following places:
- Venom-Bite Cave [22.2S, 66.5W] -- NOT in the cave, but on the surrounding hillsides, i.e. in the Wailing Hills.
- There are only 5 spiders inside the cave. The inside of the cave is accessible only when on a specific quest - Quest:Finding Meneldor.
