== Tactical Information ==
Word of Exaltation can be used on your self or another enemy. It is most widely used by healing Rune-keepers. Bubbles are extremely powerful, and this skill should be used as much as possible while healing, either on the Fellowship's Tank, or an ally who is at lower health. If a Fire or Lightning Rune-keeper is getting low on morale, they can use {{:Steady Hands|mode=link}} before using this skill.
