Lands of [[Middle-earth]] are represented on the map as the first layer when viewing the map of [[Middle-earth]], ''(press '''m''' key or click on the map button on radar)'' 

Currently the six accessible lands in [[Lord of the Rings Online]] are the western plains of [[Eriador]], the wilderness of [[Rhovanion]], sprawling reaches of [[Rohan]], the kingdom of [[Gondor]], the wasteland of [[Mordor]], and the deserts of [[Haradwaith]].

== Eriador ==
[[Eriador]] is found in the western part of the [[map]] of Middle-earth. 

: It is comprised of many [[Region|regions]] from [[Ered Luin]] in the west to the [[Misty Mountains]] in the east, and from [[Forochel]] in the north to [[Dunland]] in the south.

== Gondor ==
[[Gondor]] is found in the south part of the map of Middle-earth.

: It is comprised of many regions from [[Outer Gondor]] in the west to [[Eastern Gondor]] in the east, and from [[the Wastes]] in the north to [[Central Gondor]] in the south. It is unique in that many of the regions have both 'before the War' and 'after the War' versions. These 'after the War' versions are often referred to as "King's Gondor".

== Haradwaith ==
[[Haradwaith]] is found in the south-east part of the map of Middle-earth.

: It is comprised of [[Umbar]] and the [[The Shield Isles|Shield Isles]].

== Mordor ==
[[Mordor]] is found in the south-east part of the map of Middle-earth.

: It is comprised of several regions, the main being [[the Plateau of Gorgoroth]] in the central western region of the map.

== Rhovanion ==
[[Rhovanion]] is found in the north-east part of the map of Middle-earth.

: It is comprised of many regions from [[ Ered Mithrin and Withered Heath|Ered Mithrin]] and the [[Iron Hills]] in the north to [[Lothlórien ]] and [[Moria]] in the south. It includes the lands on either side of the [[Anduin]] River and the forests of [[Mirkwood]].

== Rohan ==
[[Rohan]] is land in central part of the map of Middle-earth.

: It is comprised of many regions from [[West Rohan]] in the west, [[East Rohan]] in the east, and [[the Great River]] in the north.
