Traits

The trait  Demoralizing Anthem in the Fighter of Shadow tree lets this skill reduce the cooldown of your Block/Parry Response skills and increases the number of targets of by up to 5 and the range by up to 100%.

Tactical Information

This skill has a good defensive debuff, a large range, affects a lot of targets and provides 17700 additional threat at level 100 (source: [1]). All of this makes it one of the Guardian's best skills to draw the enemies' attention (except for Taunt skills).
