Thanks

I am more than happy that you correct mistakes in grammar of those location pages. English is not my native tongue but I try to learn as I see corrections, but if nobody corrects them I won't learn much ;) -- Zimoon 19:28, 16 November 2012 (EST)

Thank you for the welcome. Minor corrections is all I can do right now, as my knowledge of the game is pretty poor. Hopefully I will be able to contribute more as my knowledge of the game grows. Xyzzy (talk) 02:12, 17 November 2012 (EST)
The minor corrections and spotting grammar and spelling errors are actually much harder than adding new content, as they are so tiny and do not come with large neon signs pointing to them. Plus they require a genuine interest in removing the stain from the cloth. Hence they are as valuable as anything else and you do not need to humble yourself :)
Also, many editors begun at lower levels and are now in the upper levels, hence any adjusted values, changed buff types (rewards and loot), tweaked creature characteristics, etc., are easily forgotten. We have reported many spelling errors in quest texts too, those may have been corrected as well, or simply reworked in some other way. Perhaps something is now made obsolete, and sometimes a new "something" is added somewhere. Etcetera, all MMOs are living beasts which change over time.
And, as a newcomer you will see things differently than those "veterans" we have around this place. Hence, new ideas and suggestions moderated by experienced editors keep driving this place forward. It is not so much about knowledge of the game as an interest in keeping this Wiki in synch with the game, what and how we see it right now. Again, much welcome around.
