Template:Honorary title

This is the template documentation for {{Honorary title}}. It is transcluded from Template:Honorary title/doc and may be directly edited there.

This template allows users to award unofficial "honorary titles" to each other. It is not to be taken seriously!

Adding this template to a user's main page (not subpages) will add it to the category Users with Honorary Titles (unless the nocat parameter is specified).

Usage

Parameters

• <title> → The title to be bestowed
• <bestower> → The user who bestowed the title
• <day> → The day of the month the title was awarded
• <month> → The month the title was awarded
• <year> → The year the title was awarded
• <citation> → (optional) A URL or article reference pointing to further information
