Effect Information
Achieving a critical hit with the skill 
Stagger, or using it from behind, will activate these effects on the target.
The Target Run Speed effect is additionally applied by the 
Cataclysmic Shout skill.
The trait 
Insult to Injury makes your damaging skills have up to a 20% chance to refresh this debuff.
When an enemy target is within 
Bastion of Light, the Guardian's damaging skills have up to a 35% chance to spread this effect on up to 3 other targets within the hotspot.
The trait 
Disabling Strikes increases the potency of the effect.
The tracery Stagger Critical Chance & Duration increases the duration of this effect.
