Skill Relationship
This effect has a 20% chance to occur on enemy targets with every fire skill used by a Rune-keeper with the Cleansing Flame trait line active.
However, Rune-keepers that have traited down this trait line as far as the Extreme Heat line bonus, will not proc this effect when Writ of Fire is active on the target. Instead, they have a 20% chance to proc Extreme Heat: Searing Words Tier 1, 2 or 3 on the enemy target, depending on the tier of Writ of Fire. The different tiers of Extreme Heat: Searing Words and Searing Words stack with each other.
