This quest uses both forms in the text, however absolutely correctly so, there are no errors!
The plural form, Silithair, is always used as "the last of the Silithair" as in "the last of a few stones"
The singular form, Silithar, is used twice and only for the specific stone you recovered: "bring the Silithar to" and "given you the Silithar".
