- Walk with Derwent Bindweed through the town of Stoneheight
- Derwent Bindweed: 'Welcome to Stoneheight my friend! I will be happy to show you around.
- Derwent Bindweed says, "I really appreciate your help back in Bree, <name>."
- Derwent Bindweed says, "Even so, I am glad my family and I were able to find a new home."
- Derwent Bindweed says, "Who knows what Bill Ferny might have gotten up to if we stayed in Bree?"
- Derwent Bindweed says, "What's that?"
- Derwent Bindweed says, "Why, this is just some rustic decor."
- Derwent Bindweed says, "Nothing to worry about."
- Derwent Bindweed says, "Really, <name>, have you never seen an idyllic country town before?"
- Derwent Bindweed says, "Stoneheight just needs a little fixing-up, that's all. What town does not?"
- Derwent Bindweed says, "This?"
- Derwent Bindweed says, "Why, someone is simply taking apart this wagon for the wood."
- Derwent Bindweed says, "I could see some lovely flowerpots being made from these sidings."
- Derwent Bindweed says, "I'll show you there's nothing to worry about. Follow me!"
- Derwent Bindweed says, "Oy! Hullo there, Rose!"
- Neighbour Rose says, "Good mornin' to you, Derwent. How are you enjoying your new home?"
- Derwent Bindweed says, "Quite a lot, thank you!"
- Derwent Bindweed says, "But my friend here says Stoneheight isn't safe! Can you believe that?"
- Neighbour Rose says, "Not safe? What a thing to say!"
- Derwent Bindweed says, "I moved in seven days ago and it seems perfectly safe."
- Neighbour Rose says, "Ned!"
- Neighbour Ned says, "Aye, Rose?"
- Neighbour Rose says, "This Brawler says the town isn't safe!"
- Neighbour Ned says, "Not safe?"'
- Neighbour Ned says, "It's been eight days since the last Orc attack, hasn't it?"
- Derwent Bindweed says, "What's that? Eight... days...?"
- Neighbour Rose says, "I think you might be a good luck charm for us, Derwent."
- Neighbour Rose says, "One whole week without Orcs at Stoneheight is quite a lucky span!"
- Neighbour Rose says, "But now it's done. Here they come again!"
- Orc Hunting Pack Leader says, "Which one of you is from Bree?"
- Derwent Bindweed says, "Who wants to... who wants to know?"
- Orc Hunting Pack Leader says, "Must be you, then. Get him, boys!"
- Neighbour Rose says, "Welcome to Stoneheight, Derwent!"
- Neighbour Ned says, "Now this is a proper Stoneheight welcome!"
- Neighbour Rose says, "Ha ha! That showed 'em!"
- Neighbour Ned says, "Let that be a lesson to you!"

- Wait for Derwent to investigate
- Derwent Bindweed: 'Once again you have proven yourself a handy friend to have <name>!
- 'But what did that Orc mean when he asked which of us come from Bree? It sounded as if he was looking for someone in particular.. but for what purpose?'
- Derwent Bindweed says, "A note! Listen to this!
- Derwent Bindweed says, "Listen up, you lot."'
- Derwent Bindweed says, "You didn't hear this from me, but I've got some easy pickings for you."
- Derwent Bindweed says, "Fellow from Bree has caused me some trouble in the past."
- Derwent Bindweed says, "He fled to Stoneheight, a town not far from Orc Valley."
- Neighbour Ned says, "Must be talking about our new neighbour, Rose!"
- Neighbour Rose says, "Shush, Ned."
- Derwent Bindweed says, "Do something about him and I'd appreciate it. I might have more tips for you."
- Derwent Bindweed says, "Signed, a Friend."
- Derwent Bindweed says, "I know who wrote this note, <name>!"

- Talk to Derwent Bindweed in Stoneheight
- Derwent Bindweed:'It's Bill Ferny, it has to be! That villian! He directed these Orces to come in search of me! I am lucky you were here <name>.
