'My favourite is also one of the most difficult to catch. Like me, it has a selective appetite and will only bite if there is specific bait on the hook. 'Find the bait in Calembel, use it and apply it to your hook. It won't last long, so be quick about getting to the water and seeing if you can catch any.'
