Skill Information
This effect is gained when you have stayed in the aura created by Symphony of the Hopeful Heart for 6 seconds, giving you Piercing Overture. Upon leaving the area, you will receive Piercing Finale.
Notes
If you gain Piercing Finale, entering the hotspot again will immediately clear the buff, and you will need to wait 6 seconds to receive Piercing Overture again.
The buff is Level x 44 for Resistance penetration and Level x 16 for Avoidance Penetration.
