Each Kingstead Meadows Homesteads neighbourhood has one Kingstead Meadows Deluxe House (Special) house at 8 Colt Road. In addition to the normal features of a Kingstead Meadows Deluxe House, this house also has a interior cave location accessible by a path down to the stream bank.

Each neighbourhood contains eleven addresses. One Deluxe House with a unique feature (see below), nine regular Deluxe Houses (see Kingstead Meadows Deluxe House), and one Mead Hall (see Deluxe Mead Hall).

The floor plan of the house is two exterior doors, each leading in to adjoining rooms. The room on the left has stairs down to a one-room basement. The room on the right has stairs up to a one-room loft. It also has a detached barn with a single room downstairs, and stairs leading up to a half-room loft. The maintenance cost is 1 .

Each Kingstead Meadows Deluxe House (Special) comes with 165 decoration hooks (+23 from Deluxe House) and 14 lighting hooks (+3 from Deluxe House) across three interiors, and 32 exterior hooks.
