Kingstead Meadows Deluxe Houses are the most common premium houses available in Kingstead Meadows Homesteads as part of the player housing system.

Each neighbourhood contains eleven addresses. Nine regular Deluxe Houses, described below, one Mead Hall (see Deluxe Mead Hall), and one Deluxe House with a unique feature (see Deluxe House with Cave).

The floor plan of the house is two exterior doors, each leading in to adjoining rooms. The room on the left has stairs down to a one-room basement. The room on the right has stairs up to a one-room loft. Each house has a different yard configuration, but all have a detached barn with a single room downstairs, and stairs leading up to a half-room loft. The purchase costs are between 422 Mithril Coins/ 17 Writs and 534 Mithril Coins/ 22 Writs with maintenance costs from 1   to 1  100  .

Each Kingstead Meadows Deluxe House comes with 142 decoration hooks and 11 lighting hooks across two interiors, and 32 exterior hooks.
