Description

Belzagar is an emissary of Rûkhor the Pale Herald who has been sent to Cirith Ungol.

He is there to ensure Captain Róglarg and his garrison keep the tower secure and keep Shelob sated within Torech Ungol. While disguised as the Silent One, the player must relay these orders to Róglarg.

Shelob is soon found to be uncooperative, however. As her broods swarm Cirith Ungol, the player and Legolas seek him again and convince him to return to the Gúrzyul with the message that Shelob must be contained.
