Battle of Tumhalad

The Battle of Tumhalad was a lesser battle in the Wars of Beleriand. It was fought on the plains of Tumhalad and was a victory for Morgoth, leading to the death of Orodreth, cousin of High King Turgon, and precipitating the Fall of Nargothrond.
