Ancient Placard

Description

Outside Barnavon, in Dunland, there is a shrine dedicated to Munfaeril. On the ground before the effigy lies what is labeled as "Ancient Placard."

It truly is ancient, for on it, written with Angerthas Moria, is engraved the word mazarkhul; identical, but broken plaques can be found within Moria.
