Wasp
Wasps are aggressive, predatory insects found in a wide range of environments across Middle-earth, from forests and hills to ruins and rocky outcrops. Unlike bees, wasps do not produce honey and are far more territorial, often attacking without provocation if their nests are approached.
Wasps construct papery nests in trees, cliffs, and abandoned structures. They hunt smaller creatures and insects, and are known to swarm intruders with alarming speed. Their repeated stings make them a particular hazard to lone travelers and inexperienced adventurers.
