As you approach the stairs at the east end of the Twenty-first Hall and the dialog There are no enemies in sight, but something catches your eye appears on the screen, a quest will be auto-bestowed ... The Footsteps of Foes [5.8S, 104.7W] The quest auto-completes when you have collected the 6th Arrow. Currently (1 March 2013) Objective 2 is redundant. It appears the dialog is wrong. This has been bugged.

You should collect the Orc-arrows and show them to Mögr in the Twenty-first Hall as evidence that foes passed this way not long ago. Background Orc-arrows litter the floor of the Twenty-first Hall near the east arch. Objective 1 Collect Orc-arrows (0/6) Orc-arrows can be found near the East Arch of the Twenty-first Hall. You should collect Orc-arrows to show to the dwarves of the Twenty-first Hall. Collected an Orc-arrow (1/6) Collected an Orc-arrow (2/6) Collected an Orc-arrow (3/6) Collected an Orc-arrow (4/6) Collected an Orc-arrow (5/6) Collected an Orc-arrow (6/6) Objective 2 Bring the Orc-arrows to Foreman Mögr You have stowed away many Orc-arrows to show to Mögr in the Twenty-first Hall. You should return to Mögr with the arrows you collected. Mögr: 'Harrumph! These arrows could be from any time, really...one year or a hundred! I do not see what your discovery signifies, but I think you for your efforts, just the same.'
