Prerequisite(s): Doing the Aiding the Eastemnet quest.

This quest counts for the Aiding the Entwash Vale deed.
Completing Aiding the Eastemnet will cancel this quest
This is an instanced public questing area.
Exit gates then head south-east up slope towards Maustazg camp where catapults are located on wooden decks. Click to destroy 4 catapults to complete.
Avoid the catapult projectile damage (AOE marker on ground before hit) as you advance up.
It's possible to mount in this instance if desired though not required.
Elite and non-elite mobs continually spawn and descend the hill around this area.
To leave the instance either return to and interact with, the Return to Eaworth horse at the instance spawn-in location (south gate to Eaworth). Or use the 'Leave Instance' feature (right click the character portrait).

Quest Text

'The uruks from the south are preparing to march upon this town once more. I can see the vile catapults rolling out of their encampment as we speak.

'This town cannot withstand much more punishment. Their siege-weapons must be dismantled, or we will not have a town left to defend.

'Join me on the battlefield, and we shall defend what is ours.'

The uruks' catapults rain fire and destruction down upon the town of Eaworth.

Catapults can be found among the enemy forces at Eaworth.

The catapults being used by the uruks assaulting Eaworth must be destroyed if the town is to be secured.

Dernstan: 'Are you ready to defend Eaworth?'

Dernstan is at Eaworth.

Dernstan will be pleased to hear that you have dismantled several catapults.

Dernstan: 'The destruction of those catapults should delay the next assault for several days...a valuable amount of time to rest and rebuild.'
