To find the ravine in the Western Foothills, start at Ruins of Díngarth and head East along the road, right before you hit the green waters of Blozronk head South thru the fire fields till you reach the Western slopes of Orodruin, there you will find a small level [115] Orc camp, follow the ravine up the hills and you will find the rest.
