Objective 1 Defeat Utûgi in Emax Dûl (0/10) Defeat Achárbam, the Blood-hand The Utûgi have arrived to regain control of Emax Dûl for their Thardúth masters. You should defeat the Utûgi and their captain, Achárbam, the Blood-hand, in Emax Dûl.
