Go to the forge at [65.3S, 14.6W], use it 5 times to create the blades them use the water bucket beside the forge 5 times to cool the blades. Finally, put them in an empty barrel nearby.

Bestowal dialogue 'Our smiths are taking a much-needed rest, but we have not the swords required for all who will march with us. 'You have many skills, <name>. Will you forge some blades for our men?' Background Angbor has been tasked with arming the men who will march east, and is short of the swords required. Objective 1 Forge blades (0/5) You should smith some weapons at the forge in Aragorn's Pavilion, on the after-battle Pelennor. Objective 2 Cool blades (0/5) The cooling bucket is located next to the forge in Aragorn's Pavilion, on the after-battle Pelennor. You should cool the recently forged weapons. Objective 3 Place the cooled weapons in an empty barrel An empty weapons barrel is located near the forge in Aragorn's Pavilion, on the after-battle Pelennor. You should place the cooled weapons in a barrel. The blades are ready for the march east Objective 4 Talk to Angbor Angbor can be found at Aragorn's Pavilion on the after-battle Pelennor. You should talk to Angbor. Angbor: 'I commend you on the quality of these blades. I am sure those who use them in battle will best their foes.'
