Laegalar (Sindarin for Keen Light) can be found at Helethir, outside the walls of Dol Guldur. His brother Hethulír was captured while they were out searching for herbs together and were ambushed. Laegalar used to give the daily Sammath Gûl quests Dark Deeds in Sammath Gûl and The Skulls of the Dead.
