Availability Info

Either this recipe is not sold by an Expert Cook (at least not Oct 8 2012) or there is some hidden restriction. I tried buying this on a humble level 27 hobbit, maxed out Guild-Cook, and I can see some recipes for the Westfold level. I would guess this is not sold but a loot drop and from Lotro Store for 100 TP.
