Using this skill applies  Guardian's Pledge to the Guardian.

• Guardian's Pledge Cooldown & Magnitude reduces the cooldown of this skill by up to 66s and improves the potency of Guardian's Pledge by up to 5.5% for each effect

Equipping 6 pieces of the Umbari Armour of the Protector armour set acquired from the Depths of Mâkhda Khorbo Raid makes Shield Skills reduce the active cooldown of this skill by 2 seconds, and makes Guardian's Pledge improve the healing potency of Shield Skills by 4% (up to 5%).

Tactical Information

This is a good cooldown for Guardian tanks, as it greatly reduces the damage from avoidable attacks you take for a short amount of time. Note that it does not prevent tactical attacks or damage from damage-over-time effects. Moreover, some attacks from bosses in the more recent instances and raids are not avoidable, limiting the use of this skill. It is most strongest against a group of enemies dealing basic attacks.
