Arvedui (Sindarin for Last-king), or rather the shade of Arvedui is found at Hylje-leiri in Forochel, by the wrecked ship to the north of the Lossoth camp. Arvedui was also known as the Gaunt King and Laiha-herra (or The Skinny One) in life.
