Feedback from your creature guru successor

Hey, Rogue. That looks good, for the most part.

There's one thing that's out of sync, though, and that's Roving Threats and Scourges. They're basically the same thing (but SSG calls them differently, so whatever, we have to call them that too), but they are treated differently in your proposal. We should treat Scourges the same as the other creature categories.

Under "Landscape Creatures found in World", this is how it is now:

| Roving Threat = [[Category:Roving Threat Creatures]]
| Scourge of Gorgoroth = [[Category:Scourge of Gorgoroth Creatures]]
| Scourge of the Dale-lands = [[Category:Scourge of the Dale-lands Creatures]]
| Scourge of Erebor = [[Category:Scourge of Erebor Creatures]]
| Scourge of Eryn Lasgalen = [[Category:Scourge of Eryn Lasgalen Creatures]]

This is how it should be:

| Roving Threat = [[Category:Roving Threat Creatures]]
| Scourge = [[Category:Scourge Creatures]]

With this setup, both Roving Threat and Scourge Creatures should then be added manually to a second category, the region creatures category.

However, that's how it's done currently. It would be more correct to change the creature template and add parameters for Scourges and Roving Threats, like

| Roving Threat = y/n

and

| Scourge = y/n

That way, the Location parameter can be used for the - you know- actual location and nobody needs to manually add categories to pages. --Ravanel (talk) 20:06, 12 March 2018 (UTC)
