In Quest:A Brood of Boffins if you talk to Celandine Brandybuck, she mentions that she turned Dinodas Boffin down for attending the festival dances together. He's probably low on morale she says. You find him in a rally circle where he says, "You see before you a defeated hobbit, stranger." I giggle every time.

Where I Hang Out
I started playing LOTRO in Jan or Feb 2019 (on Brandywine). I added Anor sometime in late 2019 / early 2020. I played in the Tournament of the Twins on Bombadil in the summer of 2020 and transferred from there to Evernight and Laurelin after the tournament. I started on Landroval during Weatherstock 2020, and in the fall of 2020, I transferred most of my characters off Brandywine onto Landroval.
From the fall of 2020 to the summer of 2021, I was mainly on Evernight and Laurelin, although during festivals I generally visit Landroval and Anor daily as well.
June 30, 2021 saw the opening of the new Legendary servers Shadowfax and Treebeard, and I jumped in with both feet on Treebeard. I used to do festivals on the other four servers as well as on Treebeard, though that has tapered off.
I started a new character on Crickhollow during Yule 2021 to see a friend's house. :D
August 2022 saw the closing of Anor, so my three characters on Anor were sent to Crick, though I did send Trolls, tables, and Boar Fountains around to Landy and Laurelin as well as Crickhollow. Since the beginning of Treebeard, I've been pretty much 1 server focused, with some time on Anor (for Legendary stuff before it closed) and Laurelin often on Fridays for Green Dragon Fridays.
