Doratheline was an ordinary Hobbit. Perhaps too Ordinary for the daily dealings of the Shire. Yet many called her fearsome because of the bright fire burning in her eyes. She was set upon a road to greatness when she stumbled across a pair of Goblins, and killed them - In one shot. Some call her arrows the "Lucky Arrows that Kill twice" as she never seems to miss shots with her bow. Her slow-kindled interest in adventures was her bane in the Shire. Many folk called her "queer" and "as foolish as that Bilbo Baggins and his nephew Frodo" even though she was only twenty-nine at that time. She was a distant friend of Frodo and had feelings for him, which were partly why she left the Shire and set out to look around the world in search of him. She now stalks the lands as a Hunter, tracking the very footsteps of a friend who would one day be honoured beyond measure. |
