Items

• The Portent of Deftness items now negate a portion of incoming damage rather than reducing it. The percent of damage affected is the same, so in most cases there is no change, but this adjustment prevents portent item use from stacking in unintended ways with some skills and consumable buffs.

Localization

• The title for "Patrician of Rivendell" now displays properly in French.
• The French translation for "Greaves of the Dragon Slayer" has been updated.
• The French translation for "Slayer of Breeland Deed" has been updated.
• Corrected some titles that were not properly displaying in German.
• Translations for The Winterstith Battle gear items has been updated in German.
