Bio

He grew up in Crithost and at age 17 he enlisted in the Gondorian military as his father and forefathers had since the founding of Gondor and further going all the way back to his Numènorian roots which are have centuries been impure though noticable, with his father having a decade removed from his aging. Linebor has less pure blood than his father. He still stands a bit taller and appears younger than his true age. When he was 24, he was transferred directly under Boromir. In comparison to his company his head count wasn't especially high but was noteworthy in comparison to soldiers outside his company. At age 26 he took his leave and moved to Eriador as he had interest in learning what truths there were in the legends he was told as a child. His studies were near complete when he went to join the fighting against Angmar. He fought in many lands throughout the northwest. He would always describe his most noteworthy battles in Eriador as the ones closer to Angmar. In the month prior to Mordirith's slaying Linebor returned to Rivendell, were he had spent his spare time studying, to help the fellowship, especially Boromir, his captain, and (once he learned of it) Aragorn, his king. Before the Fellowship left Linebor was tasked with preparing to head back to Gondor to help aid the people there and Rohan in the coming months as war was would be heading to the lands for certain in due time. Making sure all his belongings were stowed and his friends bidden farewell, as well as a few last minute errands were taken care of, a few months had passed and it would be another one until the Battle of Helm's Deep. He began his journey southward to the Gap of Rohan alongside the Grey Company with intent to split at the southern border of Dunland. When he got to the Fords of Isen, he was just in time to aid in the battle against the Lord of Isengard and his White Hand minions. He remained with Theodred until the battle neared its end when Linebor was ordered to head East in search of aid. Days later he received word that Theodred had died. He was not allowed time for himself to properly process these thoughts and soon after upon meeting up with his king in Edoras before the steps of Meduseld learned Boromir had died. He was bidden by a guard to remain there if he wished to speak with these folks after their meeting with Theoden. After said meeting and the exile of Wormtounge, Linebor was sent to Helm's deep and ordered to prepare the battlements in the chance of a retreat for a final battle. His preparation was cut very short as the army he had split perhaps hours prior rode to Helm's Deep as there was no winning fight to be had at Isengard. Throughout that long and endless night Linebor stood upon the wall and when part fell he made his way done to opening and fought through the rest of the night until Mithrandir returned with Erkenbrand and his company. When the beacon hills were lit Linebor stayed a day later than the soldiers headed south. He made sure all loose ends were tied. Once his tasks were done he immediately rode south and as fast as his horse could carry him. Ultimately he missed the battle by mere minutes. Upon arriving helped bring survivors into the city and raise Aragorn's tent. He attended the council on deciding what shall be done next and led a few hundred soldiers along to the black gate. before the battle he sharpened and polished his family sword that had been an heirloom of his family since before the days of Numènor, and cleaned his armour to a shining gleam. Along with that he was sure to acquire his white cloak with the tree and 7 stars. He fought long and hard that day making sure that no orc, uruk, goblin or anything that wasn't an ally for that matter did no approach him with their head remaining. Linebor was among the first to note that the Eagles were coming as well as to notice the collapse of Barad-Dur. He spends his days in no spot in particular now.
