Defeat Harbingers of the Dead in every Skirmish on Tier 3 during Skirmish Assault: Ill Omens.

This deed is available at level 20.
This deed is only available during the Ill Omens Event.
For the specific quest for each objective to become available, the following is required:

Although the deed is available at level 20, the Skirmish must be started around the players level (as long as the quest is green, so 7 levels below the players level is still fine. eg. If you're level 140, you can start the Skirmish T3 at level 133, and still get the quest needed).
The corresponding daily Ill Omens main quest must be active, meaning only 3 or 4 objectives can be completed at a certain day.
The Skirmish must be started at Tier3, but can have any group size (also solo).

If you defeat Harbingers of the Dead in every Skirmish on Tier 3 before you are 150, this deed will bestow and/or auto-complete when you reach 150.
Since Update 38.2 this deed will now count completion of Ill Omens: Doom of Caras Gelebren (Tier 3) as one of its objectives. If you have Ill Omens: Doom of Caras Gelebren (Tier 3) underway and have already completed it, that objective will automatically advance.
