Searching the Shelves

Previously there was a note in the Walkthrough stating that bookcases could be searched multiple times -- as though the scroll's location was randomly decided or could change. In my search for this scroll, I found it in the bookcase outside of the Hall of Flowing Water. Multiple attempts to search the other three bookcases always returned a failure notice. Based on my experience, the correct bookcase must be searched to find the scroll. Multiple attempts do not change the scroll's location or chance to be found. So the original, multiple search note was removed in favor of this comment. -- Squirmier (talk) 14:43, 1 October 2014 (UTC)

Yeah... I'm not sure what I meant by that note; I'd have to run the quest again to make sense of it now. I should probably avoid the late-night editing. Neum (talk) 18:03, 1 October 2014 (UTC)

In my opinion it should be added again that the scroll will not drop at the first search, but that you need to search multiple times for it. I wasted 30 minutes to find that information in forums, while it easily could be placed here. --Juergen6677 (talk) 12:09, 20 October 2019 (UTC)
