Walkthrough & Notes
Note that this quests may be bugged as of April 25, 2020. Not all sergeants found within either camp seem to advance the quest. The only one that seemed to was a Gothmog Sergeant under the bridge at [66.3S, 3.0E], and the spawn location is shared with a normal orc.

Quest Text

Bestowal dialogue 'Minas Morgul is as dangerous a place as any I have dared to go! The outer ring, the Circle of Wrath, is currently home to two Orc armies. Each of these plays host to sergeants who organize small bands of warriors that train in the art of many different kinds of weapon. We cannot allow that, of course. 'Will you venture into either of these encampments and defeat sergeants as you encounter them? It would be a big help to us.' Background Two forces of Orcs fortify the outer ring of Minas Morgul. Thornaran asked you to seek out sergeants for either army, and defeat them. Objective 1 Defeat Sergeants (0/3) Two Orc armies inhabit the Circle of Wrath in Minas Morgul. You should venture forth and defeat sergeants in either encampment. Objective 2 Talk to Thornaran Return to Thornaran and tell him you defeated Orcs in Minas Morgul. Thornaran: 'I'd like to see those sergeants try to train anyone in the art of combat now! No, I take that back. I have heard the Dead walk on the upper tiers, and in this city such a thing seems almost possible! But I am glad the sergeants' training days are done... for now at least. Brrrr!' 'Please accept my thanks. It is most appreciated.'
